G is for gate. But goodness gracious I can’t remember which gate is this. It’s near Buckingham, and all I can think of is the flooding floral tribute to Diana in 1997.

because I resorted to Pinterest! and this green garden gate in Greatham, Hampshire is definitely closer as visual illustration to J.R.R. Tolkien’s words –

“Still round the corner there may wait, A new road or a secret gate.”
